someone else found channerling stuff

One of my Guild mates found this out in the southern shiverpeaks, seems kind of odd. Has anyone else found one of these?

uhhm, from what i remember, these came out with the pvp weekend event, we where able to unlock the skills/wepons remember? it was for to keep till CH. 2... i thought they removed them tho... so iono what to tell you man, very odd, very odd in deed

Yeah, but that was PvP. This was in PvE.
